Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion

LHE, Inc. operates internal business applications, including Pulse, that may connect to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts owned or managed by LHE, Inc. or one of our brands. These integrations are used for customer support, Page and Instagram account management, and publishing approved business content.

What You Can Request

You may request deletion of Facebook or Instagram data that LHE, Inc. has received through its Meta integrations, including Page messages, Page comments, account identifiers, Page identifiers, post identifiers, media identifiers, access tokens, and related webhook or publishing records, where deletion is permitted by law and by our business record retention obligations.

How to Request Deletion

Send your request to LHE, Inc. through our contact page, or contact us by phone at (800) 366-7235. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant data, such as the Facebook Page or Instagram account name, the approximate date of the message, comment, or post, and the email address or phone number we should use to follow up.

For security, we may need to verify your identity or authority to act for the Page, Instagram account, customer, or business connected to the request before deleting data.

Removing the App in Meta

You can also remove LHE, Inc.’s app connection from your Facebook or Meta business settings. Removing the app revokes future access, but it does not automatically delete business records already received by LHE, Inc. To request deletion of stored records, submit a request using the instructions above.

What Happens Next

After we receive a verified request, we will review the data we hold and delete or anonymize eligible records within a reasonable time. We may retain limited records when needed to complete transactions, provide customer support, maintain security and audit logs, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or preserve legitimate business records.
