Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Scope
Pulse (the “Application”) is an internal business application owned and operated by LHE, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is made available solely to LHE, Inc. employees, contractors, and other personnel we expressly authorize (“Authorized Users”), for the purpose of operating our own business.
The Application is not offered, sold, or licensed to the general public, and no account is available for public registration.
License
We grant Authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application in the course of performing work for LHE, Inc. This license ends automatically when a user ceases to be an Authorized User, and may be suspended or revoked by us at any time.
Acceptable Use
Authorized Users may not:
- Share credentials, or allow access by anyone who is not an Authorized User
- Export, copy, or disclose business data except as required for legitimate LHE, Inc. business purposes
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, permissions, or audit logging
- Use the Application in violation of any applicable law
Connected Services
The Application connects to third-party services we use to run our business, which may include QuickBooks Online, ShipStation, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Merchant Center. Those connections are authorized by us, using our own accounts, to synchronize our own business records.
Data retrieved from a connected service is used only to operate LHE, Inc.’s business. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the Application and who are obligated to keep it confidential. Access to any connected service may be revoked at any time from within the Application or from the service’s own settings.
Data Ownership
Business records processed by the Application — including orders, invoices, inventory, customer, and vendor data — are the property of LHE, Inc. or of the respective account holder from whose service they originate. Authorized Users acquire no rights in that data.
No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular data will be available or accurate at any given time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LHE, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
