Business Applications and Connected Services

LHE, Inc. operates internal business applications used only by our own authorized personnel. These are not offered to the public and have no public registration. Their use is governed by our Terms of Use.

To run our business, these applications connect to third-party services using accounts we own — including QuickBooks Online, ShipStation, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Merchant Center. Through those connections we access our own business records: orders, invoices, purchase orders, inventory, product catalogs, and the customer and vendor contact details attached to those transactions.

Pulse may also connect to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts owned or managed by LHE, Inc. or one of our brands, including 1800Doorbell.com, SafeguardSupply.com, and NationalSafetyMirror.com. When those integrations are enabled, Pulse may receive or store Page and account identifiers, Page names, connected account tokens, webhook delivery details, Facebook Page messages, Page comments, post identifiers, media identifiers, publishing status, and related timestamps or audit history.

That data is used solely to operate LHE, Inc.’s business — fulfilling orders, managing inventory, invoicing, supporting customers, responding to social media messages and comments, and publishing approved business content or customer reviews to connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. We do not use Meta platform data for unrelated purposes. We do not sell, trade, or rent it. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate these applications and who are obligated to keep it confidential.

Data retrieved from connected services is stored in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and retained only as long as needed for the business purpose above or as required by law. Access to a connected service can be revoked at any time, either from within the application or from the service’s own settings; when a connection is revoked, the corresponding access and refresh tokens are revoked with it.

Facebook and Instagram Data

Our Meta integrations are used for business operations, customer support, and publishing approved content for Pages and Instagram professional accounts we own or manage. We may use Facebook Page messages and comments to create or update support tickets in Pulse so authorized LHE personnel can respond. We may use Page, post, media, and account data to publish approved posts, frequently asked questions, customer reviews, and related business content.

We limit access to Meta platform data to authorized personnel and systems that need it for business operations. We do not sell Meta platform data, and we do not use it for independent advertising profiles or unrelated data enrichment.

A Facebook Page or Instagram connection can be removed from within Meta’s business integration settings or from Pulse by an authorized LHE user. Data deletion requests may be submitted through our Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion Instructions.
